There is nothing more succulent than a fresh and mellow bread bought at the grocery store. It would be extraordinary if, the next day, or even after a few hours, you could eat it and it was just as fresh as it use to be when you bought it. Good news: it is possible! Here are 4 tips to keep your bread fresh despite the humidity. You will no longer have to eat your bread dry or hard even if you just bought it …
1. Store your bread in a suitable place

To preserve your bread, store it in a dark and airless place. Normally, the bread only lasts one day. Therefore, pack it in a paper bag or cotton cloth to protect it from moisture.
2. Do not cut slices.

Do not slice your bread if you want to eat it the next day, because it’s harder to keep than a whole loaf of bread.
3. Freeze it.

To keep the taste of your bread, you can freeze it. Take your wand out of the freezer one hour before consuming it. You can also microwave it.
