Sleepers can be divided into three groups:
Those who sleep on their back
Those who sleep on their stomach
Those who sleep on their side

3. If You Sleep on Your Side
The most common position is on the side. Unfortunately, since you always sleep on one side, you are more likely to develop pain in your arms and legs. Sleeping on the right side can also cause gastric reflux and interfere with digestion.

But it can be worse: sleeping on your stomach is the worst for your health. Sleeping on your stomach can cause neck and back pain.

Do you sleep on your back? Then you are lucky because it is the best position to sleep for your health. Sleeping on your back is good for your spine. The only disadvantage is that you (or your partner) are more likely to snore.
