- 1 ½ cup fresh spinach
- ¼ cup ricotta cheese
- 2 chicken breasts (1 lb. )
- 1/8 cup grated white cheddar cheese
- Paprika

Méthode
- Preheat your oven to 400 ° F (200 ° C).
- While your oven heats up, heat a frying pan.
- When the pan is hot add your oil and cook the spinach for about 3 to 5 minutes or until the leaves are lightly dried.
- When the spinach is ready, mix the ricotta cheese and cook another 30 to 60 seconds.
- Remove it from heat and let it cool down.
- Take your cleaned chicken breasts. Cut slits in the chest about half a inch apart. But do not cut to the end. You must not separate the chicken into several pieces; Only make openings. Cut about 75% of depth.
- Insert spinach and ricotta into each spacing.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Then sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top and add paprika.
- Put it in a baking dish and place it in your oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
