Méthode

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 ° F (200 ° C).
  2. While your oven heats up, heat a frying pan.
  3. When the pan is hot add your oil and cook the spinach for about 3 to 5 minutes or until the leaves are lightly dried.
  4. When the spinach is ready, mix the ricotta cheese and cook another 30 to 60 seconds.
