It’s hard to believe that so many different talents exist around the world but most of these towns are truly amazing. We don’t get to choose our body when getting on the Earth. It’s mostly a game of chance as some of us are luckier than others. Hopefully, it’s there is good in every bad situation. You just got to know how to turn a situation to gold to make it an amazing talent.
Some talents can be really weird. From dancing eyebrows to tongue painting, from the Talko, here are 10 people with the strangest talents.
10. Milky Eyes
Mr. Yilmaz might hold one of the world’s most bizarre world records only because it involves milk. The Turkish construction worker is able to loudly snort milk up his nose and squirted out one of his eyes. Apparently there’s only a handful of people who can form this trick because of an anomaly in their tear gland. Since 2004, Yilmaz holds the record for farthest milk squirting distance which measures to 9 feet and 2 inches.
9. Pop Eyes
This talent might freak you out a bit because Kim Goodman has the ultimate facial expressions. The US resident can pop her eyeballs to about 12 mm. If you don’t believe that, her popped eyes were actually measured in Turkey in 2007. Goodman has proptosis, which is a term for eyeball displacement or bulging eyes. She discovered her quirk when she was hit on the head by a hockey mask. Now she can pop out her eyes on cue. Impressive!
8. Dancing Eyebrows
Sometimes people strangest towns can become the next viral video. At least that’s the case for them 13-year-old Sarah Ellen. In 2012 she posted a YouTube video showing off her very own eyebrow tricks. Not only were her eyebrows on fleek but they can move too. The young girl made her eyebrows dance to Don’t Stop the Rock by freestyle. Four years later she’s now an internet celebrity all thanks to her quirky eyebrows.
7. Tongue Painter
All you need is a lick of paint to become an artist nowadays. Ani K does exactly that by using his tongue to produce artwork. The Indian artist flicks paint onto the canvas and then twists his head to perform different strokes and if you didn’t think that was impressive, he has created more than a thousand artworks. His biggest work to this date is the 8 foot rendering of Leonardo da Vinci’s Last Supper.
6. King Tooth
We all want healthy teeth but we never thought it would be possible to have teeth as strong as steel. In October 2003, Rathakrishnan Vetu, also named King‘s tooth pulled 260.8 ton train over 13 feet 9 inches using rope clenched in his mouth. A strict vegetarian ethnic Indian, he said he gains his strength from an Indian form of daily meditation. He also runs 15.5 mi every day and lifts bars up to 550 pounds a day to keep him in the best shape possible.
5. Backwards Reader
Forget about pig Latin because this teenager can do way more than that. Alyssa Kramer has the unique ability to instantly repeat any word backwards. She certainly has gotten a lot of media attention for it. On the Today Show, Kramer explains that she discovered her talent when she started reading at a young age. Flipping words comes naturally to her and the funny part is that we will never know if her backwards pronunciation is ever correct.
4. On all Fours
Running well is not a shocking talent unless you’re a famous track athlete known as Tokyo’s Monkey Man. Apparently four legged running is a serious thing. The 19-year-old Kenichi Ito broke the world record for the fastest 100-m running on all fours. Perfecting the art of moving like a monkey Ito sets a record of 15.71 seconds when competing in Japan. Can you imagine running like that in gym class?
3. The Crusher
Here’s an independent woman who doesn’t need a man to open a jar for her. In fact Lindsey Lindberg has so much strength that she left her prestigious accounting job to join the circus. Now as a stage name “Mama Lu,’ she travels the world to showcase her bizarre talent of strength. She can do anything from banning a frying pan in half to crushing apples with her biceps.
2. Iceman
Most of us hate the cold but not the iceman. Ever since Wim Hof was a teenager, he loved running barefoot through the snow. The Dutch daredevil has the ability to withstand extreme cold by controlling his autonomous nervous system. For any skeptics out there, he’s climbed past the ‘Death Zone’ altitude on Mount Everest wearing nothing but shorts. The 57-year-old holds the current world record for the longest ice bath too. The cold never bothered him anyway.
1. Elastic Girl
Russian contortionist Zlata manages to defy every law of biology with her flexible talent. From raising her legs over her head to winning Guinness World Records, the 29 year old can even fit inside a 50 cm box. She’s a star! Zlata is so popular now that she poses the unbelievable flexibility moves in her own featured calendars while wearing racy outfits. She says it’s all started to ‘emphasize her charms’ after splitting from her husband.
These people are a total proof that good can come out of any bad or good talents.
